Are you a driven multitasker with a passion for customer focused work? MercuryFlooring is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales professional to strengthen our commercial inside sales team. You are the link between our customers, sales managers and internal teams. Do you thrive on clear communication, solution oriented thinking and administrative precision? This is your opportunity.
What can you expect from the role of Internal Sales?

You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners.

You support the Sales Managers with administrative tasks related to customer management.

You independently process incoming requests and handle the administration from A to Z.

You manage price requests and complaints, and proactively look for solutions.

You process and analyze incoming data and maintain it with accuracy.

You communicate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders.

You ensure excellent follow up for all customers in your portfolio.
Who are we looking for?

You speak fluent Dutch and English, complemented by perfect knowledge of French or perfect knowledge of German.

If you speak Dutch, English, French and German, you are our ideal candidate.

You already have initial experience as a commercial employee and can communicate easily by email and phone.

You have a good knowledge of MS Office.

You work in a structured and accurate manner.

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You are well organized and able to multitask.

You have strong listening skills.

You have commercial insight and can identify opportunities while thinking along with the customer.
