We manufacture bespoke products in solution-dyed polyamide such as entrance mats, kitchen runners, and hospitality carpets. Every item is engineered to meet your specific construction requirements and interior standards.
Digitally printed mats & rugs
Our facility provides full-color custom designs printed directly onto tufted pile for high-quality logo mats and branded promotional rugs. We manage everything from the production of single units to the delivery of high-volume collection programs.
PVC & TPE coated products
We offer professional PVC or TPE backing for a wide range of floor coverings to ensure durability and performance. This service includes the finishing and labeling of products manufactured from your own supplied fabrics under your private brand.

Polybag with header card, retail box, roll, or bulk palletised. Existing packaging artwork applied; new packaging format guidance available if needed.
Flexible logistics

1. Brief & quotation
You provide the product type, target market, volumes, and required timeline. Based on this information, we confirm feasibility and advise on the ideal specifications before providing a formal quotation.
2. Technical development
We develop the detailed product specification including the construction, materials, dimensions, and backing options based on your initial brief. You then review and align on these details before we move into the sampling phase.
3. Physical sampling
Samples are produced to the final specification for your formal approval. This stage allows for any necessary revisions to be made before any significant production investment is committed.
4. Production
Once approved, your order enters our production lines with a confirmed manufacturing schedule. We maintain strict quality control throughout the process and provide progress updates at every key milestone.
5. Finishing & labelling
Every product is cut, edged, and labeled with your brand and barcodes according to your exact requirements. All items leave our facility shelf-ready and packed to your specifications.
6. Dispatch
Orders are shipped to your warehouse or distribution center. For fulfillment programs, we can also arrange for products to be sent directly to your end customers.
